Every classroom and laboratory is unique, and each requires a lab design that fits the needs of the individual situation. Island lab stations provide an ample space for safe student lab work. Construction allows for excellent line-of-sight teacher supervision. Double-faced units are constructed of solid oak, oak and hardwood veneers and finished with a chemical-resistant, earth-friendly finish. Provides a complete workstation for 4 to 12 students. Each island contains a solid epoxy resin sink and cold water faucets. Gas fixtures, electrical outlets, and book and storage compartments are also built in to the unit. Models are available with a full cupboard or a half-cupboard and drawers. Special orders for units without sinks and fixtures are available. Three sizes are available.
