The Van de Graaff generator is a fun and exciting tool to teach students about static electricity and repulsive forces. This kit contains five safe and “electrifying” demonstrations that are sure to WOW your students! The included detailed safety information will help you reduce the risk of accidental shocks.

• Let the Sparks Fly—Observe sparks fly as a discharge electrode is brought near the dome of the generator.
• What a Blast—Foam peanuts shoot right out of a plastic cup. Aluminum pans fly off the dome due to repulsive electric forces.
