Send your students on an adventure where they follow a drop of water navigating the water cycle. This interactive exercise helps students understand that the seemingly simple cycle of evaporation, condensation, and precipitation is much more complex. A simple roll of a specially-designed colored die at each “water cycle station” determines the next step and increases student awareness of the various stores and flows involved in hydrologic processes.
