Economically priced top for use in general science classes. Wears exceptionally well under normal use. Has superior resistance to scratching with limited resistance to high temperatures, organics, and concentrated acids and bases. Color is black.
Chemical Resistant Laminate
Specifically designed for the science laboratory. High-pressure laminate with a durable chemical-resistant surfacing material. This surface is more durable and chemical resistant than competitive laminate tops because it is still resistant even if scratched. A 3-mm PVC molding is applied with heat- sensitive adhesive to create an attractive and durable edge. Color is black. Epoxy Resin
Your best choice for a laboratory tabletop. Epoxy resin has excellent resistance to chemicals and heat. Surface is simple to clean and if main- tained properly will look “brand new” for years. Color is black.
All table frames are constructed of solid oak and have a natural finish. Table legs have black rubber leg boots which protect against scuffing and chemical spills. Non-skid adjustable glides are also provided for easy leveling. Shipped knocked down with easily attachable legs.

Clean and Take Care of
Epoxy Resin Tabletops
To clean off dirt and chemical residues from your laboratory tabletop, you will need a sponge, water and a sudsing cleanser like Comet® or Ajax®. Do not rub hard. Just clean the table as you would your sink at home. Making a practice of applying a light film of Scott’s Liquid Gold® or Old English Lemon Oil after washing the tabletop is a good idea. This will make the top become shiny. It also tends to hide any scratches in the tabletop surface. If you elect to do this, be sure to wipe off all residual oil. The surface doesn’t need to be wet. Just apply a thin film, wipe down the tabletop thoroughly and in a few minutes the top will be glossy, but dry.
