Anti-Theft Device

Polycarbonate shield fully encloses the balance, with a large opening that allows easy access to the weighing pan.

Elementary Two-Pan Balance with Weight Set
Very durable balance with a capacity of 2000 grams and a sensitivity of 0.5 grams—the ideal teaching tool to introduce intermediate students to precision mass measurements. Interchangeable pans have easy-pour corners. Pans are 14 cm square. Weight set includes 18 weights—two 25-g, two 10-g, four 5-g and ten 1-g. Five-year warranty.
Flinn Triple Beam Balance
A low-cost, reliable, mechanical balance. Provides
the convenience of a top loader yet retains the
ruggedness needed for a variety of lab work. Tiered beam visibility combined with zero adjust results in fast weighing performance and reduced error. Magnetic beam damping allows quick readings without affecting sensitivity or accuracy. May be locked down with an anti- theft device (sold separately). 610 g capacity, 0.1 g precision, 16-cm diameter platform. Includes three standard weights.
