Flinn Ultrasonic Cleaners
Flinn ultrasonic cleaners clean deep inside hard to
reach surfaces. Units have an easy-to-use interface
with one-touch on/off switch and digital temperature
toggle. Contains a chemical-resistant tank for easy filling and cleaning.
Vials
Shell Vials
Soft glass (not borosilicate) vial with a flat bottom. Vial lip is fire polished and smooth. Not intended to have a cap. If you wish to cap this vial, use a rubber stopper, cork or Parafilm® (see page 538).
Film Canisters with Caps
These are the film canisters you have been looking for! Inner-sealing caps make them ideal for “Alka-Seltzer®” rockets. Translucent canisters are also useful for storage of small items.
Snap-SealTM Vials
Made of unbreakable, translucent polypropylene, these are ideal multi- purpose containers for field and lab. The stay-in-place hinged cap has a secure sealing mechanism ensuring against leakage or accidental opening. Autoclavable and with excellent chemical resistance, they can be used for collecting, sampling, distributing and short- to long-term storage of solids and liquids. Containers have permanent graduations in milliliters and ounces and a markable area on the cap. Available in three sizes in packages of ten.
Vials with Screw-on Cap
Glass vials are perfect for microscale experiments. Two sizes available: 1 dram (approximately 3.5 mL) and 2 drams (approximately 7 mL). PTFE-lined screw caps.
Vials with Snap-on Cap
Store cultures, specimens, or other items in these handy plastic vials. Clear polystyrene with an easy snap-on plastic top.
