Gas Jet Safety Caps
Improve safety and prevent student vandalism in your laboratory with these innovative gas jet safety caps—the perfect solution for keeping gas in, reducing vandalism costs and maintaining a safe lab. The caps fit securely onto your laboratory gas jets and can be removed with the supplied key. Designed with an inner rubber seal to prevent accidental gas leaks, these caps are certified by the American Gas Association. Each bright yellow gas jet safety cap is sold separately and comes with its own key. Caps will fit most gas jets to prevent entry of foreign objects. Airtight on Delta faucets and Chicago faucets.

Detectable gases include natural gas, compressed natural gas, methane, propane, butane, liquid natural gas and liquid petroleum gas. 61⁄4" x 13⁄8" x 3⁄4". Protect yourself and students from broken glass cuts with this highly visible cardboard glass disposal container. The container is supplied with a 3-mil-thick polyethylene bag to contain broken glass fragments and spilled liquids. When the container is full, simply pull the safety cap into place and dispose of the entire unit. Available in a benchtop or floor model. Floor model comes with external handles. Six containers per package.

The perfect hand-saving tool for inserting glass tubing into stoppers! This easy-to-use tool prevents injury to hands due to shattered glass tubing. Simply push the tool through the stopper with a twist, remove the nose cone, insert the glass tube, and remove the stopper from the tool. The glass tubing remains in place in the stopper. Also useful for removing glass tubing from stoppers. Works on both rubber and cork stoppers. Rubber stopper and glass tubing not included.
