These are standard size (90 x 15 mm), sterile, polystyrene dishes divided into the number of compartments indicated.
Petri Dish Holder
Neoprene-coated wire holder. Should easily handle incubation, steril- ization and refrigeration. Will accommodate 18 dishes. Dimensions of rack: 91⁄16" W x 43⁄8" D x 71⁄8" H.
Culture Dish
Heavyweight, clear, soda-lime glass dishes commonly referred to as specimen dishes or finger bowls. Indispensable in the biology labo- ratory, these dishes are used for culturing microorganisms, staining, soaking and anything else you can think of! Dishes are securely stack- able so that each one acts as a cover for the dish below. Convex bottoms eliminate cross-contamination from dish to dish. If used as culture dishes, they should be protected from harsh detergents and washed only with water and a non-abrasive sponge.
Evaporating Dish, Disposable, Aluminum
Eliminate the need for cleaning and storing of glass evaporating dishes. These economical, lightweight aluminum dishes may be heated to 650 °C and come in 20-mL and 50-mL capacities. The flat-bottomed, crimped-sided dishes have lifting tabs that make them ideal for weigh- ing, dispensing, or moisture determinations. Package of 100.
