Two-Stage Vacuum Pump
The most durable two-stage pump you can buy. This quiet, dependable vacuum pump will produce a high-quality vacuum when performing experiments in which a very low pressure
is needed (e.g., boiling water at room temperature). The rotary sliding vane produces a free
air capacity of 85 liters per minute. Other features/specifications include: direct drive; oil trap; pump speed of 3360 rpm; a 1⁄2-hp, 110-V, 60-Hz motor; oil capacity of 300 mL; and two intake ports for 1⁄4" or 1⁄2" i.d. tubing. Single-Stage Vacuum Pump
Low-maintenance, economical, single-stage vacuum pump is fast and easy to operate. Oil-less operation produces a moderate vacuum of 150 mm Hg. It can also push a pressure of 3,192 mm Hg, which is 4.2 times normal room pressure. Other specifications include 31 liters/minute, open flow, motor speed of 1725 rpm, hp, gauges, on/off switch on cord, carrying handle, rubber feet, 115 V, 60 Hz, 15 lbs net weight. Accepts
1⁄4" i.d. tubing. Note: For the classic Boil Water in a Bell Jar experiment, we recom- mend using the Two-Stage Vacuum Pump (AP1597).
