The Barnstead Bantam Demineralizer provides high-quality purified water through ion exchange or selective adsorption, depending on the cartridge selected. Designed for classroom and laboratory use, the unit includes a conductivity meter that continuously monitors water quality and clearly indicates when the cartridge is exhausted by moving into a red sector on the dial. The system connects directly to a water line using the included 7-foot length of plastic tubing, and built-in control valves manage inlet and outlet flow. The unit may be placed on a benchtop or mounted to a wall using the screws provided. Cartridges are not included and must be purchased separately to suit the required water purity. The unit features a flow rate of 10 gallons per hour and uses ¼" OD tubing for all plumbing connections. Overall dimensions are 6" W × 8-3/8" D × 28-1/2" H. Electrical requirements: 115 V, 50/60 Hz, 1-phase, with a 5-1/2' cord and plug.
