This self-contained portable laboratory burner offers a safer, more controlled alternative to traditional alcohol burners. The burner assembly mounts securely onto a standard butane canister, providing a stable, reliable flame for classroom and laboratory use. With the gas control valve fully open, a fresh canister provides an approximate three-hour burn time. Both the gas flow and air supply are fully adjustable, allowing precise flame control through a smooth-turning valve and knurled air-adjustment screw. A permanently mounted 3-inch drip catcher protects surfaces beneath the burner and also acts as a heat dissipator, preventing heat transfer to the gas control area. The burner comes ready to use with one butane canister included.
