This durable, quiet two-stage vacuum pump delivers the high-quality vacuum needed for experiments requiring very low pressure, such as boiling water at room temperature. The rotary sliding-vane mechanism produces a free-air capacity of 85 liters per minute, ensuring fast, reliable vacuum draw-down. The pump features direct-drive operation, an integrated oil trap, pump speed of 3,360 rpm, a ½-hp 110-V 60-Hz motor, and a 300 mL oil capacity. Two intake ports accommodate ¼" or ½" i.d. tubing, giving flexibility for various lab setups. Unit dimensions are 11" H × 14" L × 5¼" W and weight is 30 lb.
