The eighth module in Cloning and Sequencing Explorer Series, the Sequencing and Bioinformatics Module is used to sequence and analyze a portion of the GAPC gene. Materials include primers, plasmid, barcoded 96-well plate and sealing film, test tubes, and curriculum. Materials are sufficient for 12 workstations. This product is for education use only. Sequencing service is not included.
