360Science™: Peroxidase Enzyme Activity

In this lab, students will explore the rate of enzyme-catalyzed reactions by measuring the absorbance or color intensity of the orange product formed from guaiacol and hydrogen peroxide as a function of time for three different concentrations of turnip peroxidase.
