3B Scientific® Male & Female Catheterization Trainers Model Set
Practice male and female urinary catheterization with these anatomi­ cally correct models. Training is enhanced by a material that has a realistic feel and flexibility. Both models utilize a 16 FR catheter and can be used to demonstrate balloon inflation procedures. A fluid reser­ voir allows for urine output upon successful completion of the insertion procedure. Instructors are able to teach sterile technique and insertion and removal of catheter as well as practice preparing the patient for the procedure.
3B Scientific® Ostomy Care Simulator
Ostomy care simulator is a reproduction of an abdomen showing the anatomy of both a colostomy and ileostomy to provide lifelike functions and appearance. Dilation of the stomas can be demonstrated and prac­ ticed, along with application of postoperative and permanent ostomy bags. The colostomy can be irrigated. Drainage and excretion at the ileostomy (water) and colostomy (simulated stool) can be pumped by syringes. Delivered with simulated stool and carrying case.
3B Scientific® Enema
Administration Simulator
Enema administration simulator is lifelike in every detail. The upper buttock is flexible so that the student must raise the buttock in order to locate and make insertion into the anus for a lifelike enema. Portable and easy to keep clean, the simulator features a 1­liter fluid reservoir, which is adequate for most demonstration and practice purposes.
For large groups, a drainage tube is provided so that the fluid can be drained directly into a large container or sink for continuous use. Practice enema administration without the need for a real patient! Includes a hard carrying case and enema administration set.

Intubation Model
This instructional model shows a median section through nose, mouth, pharynx, trachea, esophagus and stomach. Plastic feeding tubes or cath­ eters may be passed through the nose or mouth into the esophagus and stomach. A tracheostoma has been added to demonstrate endotracheal aspiration.
