Inoculating Loop and Needle
Specifically designed for dual purpose use, these inoculating loops have an inoculating needle on one end and a loop on the other. The plastic handle is flexible and highly resistant to breakage. Available in two sizes that are color-coded, sterile and disposable. 20 per package.

BioPaddles®
Ready to use and no refrigeration required! BioPaddles® have
a longer shelf-life than traditional Petri dishes and are very easy to use. Flexible dual-agar paddles are enclosed in a sterile vial. Simply expose the media to the sample and then keep in a warm place (35 °C).
• Liquid sampling: Add sample solution to the vial, insert the paddle and swirl. Pour out the liquid, replace the paddle in the vial and incubate.
• Surface sampling: Remove the paddle from the vial and gently touch the media to the sample surface twice per side. Replace in the vial and incubate.
• Air sampling: Remove the paddle from the vial, invert it, and mount it to the vial. Replace the media end of the paddle in the vial and incubate.
Includes general instructions. Nutrient agar paddles
have nutrient agar media on both sides. MacConkey/EMB paddles have MacConkey agar on one side and eosin methylene blue agar on the other side. Package of

3M® PetrifilmTM Plates
Each Petrifilm “plate” consists of two plastic film sheets with the sterile culture media in between. Results are visible through the clear film. Once inoculated, the plates need never be opened again. Petrifilm can be kept for 18 months if refrigerated.
Petrifilm Aerobic Count Plate
Use in place of regular nutrient agar plates. Especially useful if conducting air sampling experiments.
Petrifilm Yeast and Mold Count Plate
An indicator dye stains yeast and mold colonies to provide contrast and facilitate counting.
Petrifilm E. coli /Coliform Count Plates
The coliforms produce red colonies. An additional indicator dye that forms blue around E. coli colonies.
Yeast and Mold Reusable Spreader
Use with Petrifilm Yeast and Mold Count Plates (FB1172). Simply press down on top of the spreader to create a circular pattern.
