The fifth module in Cloning and Sequencing Explorer Series, the Ligation and Transmformation Module allows the ligation of PCR products into the pJET1.2 plasmid vector for transformation of competent bacteria. The kit includes T4 ligase, cloning vector, proofreading polymerase, buffers, C-Growth medium, transformation reagents, microcentrifuge tubes, and curriculum. Materials are sufficient for 12 student workstations. This product is for education use only.
