This lightweight face shield provides full face protection to the student or science teacher. The clear acetate window measures 8" high × 12" wide × 0.04" thick. Adjustable headgear has a tension control to hold the shield on the head. ANSI Z87.1-2003 (9.1) standards clearly state that “Face shields are secondary protectors and shall be used only with primary protectors” (i.e., goggles). Please keep this regulation in mind when purchasing a face shield. Meets ANSI Z87+ standards.
