Product Details

The daily activity of cooking involves manipulating conditions to promote specific chemical reactions. In this digitally enhanced lab, students explore the thermodynamics of cooking. Yolks get cooked and egg whites get uncooked while stimulating students’ creativity and curiosity.

Complete for 30 students working in pairs.
