Laboratory Coat, Women’s
Knee-length (39") lab coat is classic in its tailoring but practical in design. The durable combination of Dacron® and cotton provides a routinely washable garment. Coat has a button-down design with a fold-over collar and lapels, double fabric cuffs and an adjustable back belt. Pockets have not been forgotten—there are three—two roomy lower pockets and a utilitarian breast pocket. This is a first-class piece of protective clothing you will be pleased to wear. Sizes are based on women’s dress sizes 8 to 18. Coats have a tendency to run small, and sleeves are made to be slightly shorter for working with chemicals.

Knee-length lab coat distinctively styled with a traditional pattern. Fabric will tolerate frequent laundering. Button-down coat includes lapel collar, double thickness cuffs, and an adjustable back belt. Three roomy pockets—one upper left breast pocket seamed to accept pencils and two deep lower pockets with side-slit openings. This is a quality garment. Coats have a tendency to run small and sleeves are made to be slightly shorter for working with chemicals.

Measure Sleeve Length
Using a tape measure, measure the distance from the neck base down to the wrist.
Laboratory Coat, Economy
White, full cut, disposable, knee-length coats. These coats are made of TyvekTM. Tyvek is a tough, opaque material of spun-bonded poly- olefin fibers with a cloth-like appearance and feel. Tyvek is durable enough to tolerate two or three washings, but remember, these are sold as disposable garments. Will resist a very wide array of both organic and inorganic chemicals, including acids. Liquid penetration is almost zero. This would be a great coat to have available for your personal use in the lab’s prep area. For a throwaway garment you get considerably more protection than an apron offers in terms of covering most of your upper body.
