Flammable Liquid Storage Can
The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) suggests that NO FLAMMABLES be stored outside of an approved flammables cabi- net except inside a flammables safety can. The cap-opening handle is spring-loaded and closes shut upon release. Cans are made of steel. If you cannot afford a flammables cabinet, consider these safety cans, which also feature automatic relief valves and flame arrestors in both pour and fill outlets. Meets OSHA requirements. Underwriters’ Laboratories listed. 3.8 L capacity.
Nalgene® Biohazardous
Waste Containers
Conduct secondary containment of biohazardous waste with NalgeneTM Biohazardous Waste Containers, which feature convenient one-step sterilization—no need to remove the bag. A port opening in the cover allows for one-handed disposal of materials, limiting exposure to infec- tious waste. The containers hold standard-sized autoclave bags.

Minimize accidental spills and volatile emissions with the chemical- and break-resistant Thermo ScientificTM NalgeneTM Safety Waste System, designed for temporary storage of solvent, chemical and biological wastes. Safety waste funnel has an Easy Snap safety latch and easily unscrews from funnel adapter for cleaning and quicker access. Closure/ adapter includes a vent that releases pressure when pouring and reduces emmisions during use. Includes a Nalgene collection container.
Nonmetallic Safety Can
Constructed of high-density polyethylene to stand up to tough acids and corrosives as well as heat, this nonmetallic safety can is dent-, puncture- and chip-resistant. The self-closing cap, pressure-relief mechanism and flame arrester work together to prevent ignition sources from entering, without restricting liquid flow in or out of the can. All cans feature stainless steel hardware and flame arrester for superior chemical resistance.
