The groove of this spreading board is adjustable from 0 to 21 mm wide to accommodate insects of all sizes. Mounting boards are durable, 5 cm wide basswood beveled at 165º. Pins are held securely by a 1.8 cm thick piece of high-density foam positioned under the groove. A hardboard floor prevents pins from being disturbed from below. Total length of spreading board is 35.6 cm (14").
