The Mini ReadySub-Cell GT Cell is a horizontal agarose gel electrophoresis chamber designed specifically for ReadyAgarose™ precast gel trays (8- and 12-well mini format). It includes the buffer tank, lid, and electrodes — but does not include casting gates, gel tray, or combs. The system offers an easy, no-mess alternative to hand-cast gels by locking precast trays securely in place so gels neither move nor float during electrophoresis. With a compact housing (cell size ~ 12 × 26 × 6.5 cm) and base buffer volume around 270 mL, the Mini ReadySub-Cell GT is ideal for classrooms and teaching labs needing consistent, reproducible separations without gel-casting prep. Typical DNA separations on small gels run rapidly and reproducibly when used with the matching ReadyAgarose gels and standard power supply.
