The Emergency Safety Shower/Eyewash Combination provides two essential emergency response systems in one integrated, floor-mounted unit for laboratories, prep rooms, and industrial training facilities. The overhead shower features a 10" diameter high-visibility orange ABS shower head that delivers a full column of water for effective full-body flushing. Activation is controlled by a 29" stainless steel pull rod connected to a 1" IPS chrome-plated brass stay-open ball valve with Teflon® seals for hands-free operation. The eyewash assembly includes two GS-Plus™ spray heads with flip-top dust covers, internal flow controls, and filters to help remove water impurities. The 11½" high-visibility ABS bowl supports effective eye and face irrigation. Constructed with Schedule 40 galvanized steel pipe and fittings, the unit features a 1¼" NPT female inlet (top or side) and 1¼" NPT female outlet. The unit is ETL listed and has been tested to comply with ANSI Z358.1-2009 and the Uniform Plumbing Code, supporting OSHA emergency equipment requirements. An ANSI-compliant identification sign is included.
