Clear polystyrene plates—think of them as micro test tubes or beakers! Sample identification is easy since each plate is organized into rows of wells marked on the two axes by letters and numbers. The reaction plates are stackable for convenient storage and are easy to clean with a supply of cotton swabs. Surface tension holds the liquid in the wells of the 0.3-mL capacity plates, allowing you to view the plates in an inverted position. A slight shake of the plate will release the contents.
