Poly-Prep columns are 9 cm –high 0.8 x 4 cm conical polypropylene columns that hold up to 2 ml chromatography medium and 10 ml eluent or sample. Ideal for desalting, sample preparation, and other small-scale teaching lab applications, Poly-Prep columns can be autoclaved before or after use, will retain fine support particles, and are reusable.
Econo-Pac Columns
Econo-Pac columns are 14 cm–high 1.5 x 12 cm polypropylene columns that can be fitted with a flow adaptor or used for gravity-flow chromatography. When used for open-column work, a special upper bed support prevents the bed from running dry. Bed volumes from 1 to 20 ml are acceptable. These columns can be autoclaved and will retain fine particles.
