  Eye Test Chart
Printed on a durable, non-reflective plastic material with eyelet-rein- forced holes for hanging. Chart measures 22" x 11" and is designed for a 20-foot test distance. Horizontal green and red color bars test color perception and direct attention to specific portions of the chart.
Color Blindness Test Cards, 10-Plate Edition
Red/green color blindness is an inherited condition in which certain colors of red and green cannot be distinguished. In 1917 Dr. Shinobu Ishihara developed a simple and accurate method to test for red/green color deficiency using a pattern of dots within a circle. Still regarded as the most reliable and accurate method to test for color blindness, this hardcover book is published with permission from the foundation established by Dr. Ishihara.
Vision Disk
Simple, inexpensive and versatile, this device can be used to gauge field of vision, reading field, and peripheral vision. Demonstrate natural variations in these capacities among students. Calibrated in degrees and with a moveable sight, this device can be used to illustrate the impor- tance of these visual parameters to everyday activities. Opthalmologists rely on similar measurements to diagnose vision problems and as indicators for necessary treatment and care. Complete instructions and lesson ideas are included.
Otoscope
Otoscopes are traditionally used to view the auditory canal or nasal passages and to observe mouth and throat anatomy and physiology. Clinical quality, this otoscope features a removable 4X viewing lens 2.5-mm, 3.5-mm and 4.5-mm specula; and a leatherette carrying case. Requires two C batteries, available separately.

Two-Point Discriminator
Discriminators are used to evaluate cutaneous (skin) sensitivity and to compare regions of high sensitivity, such as a fingertip, with regions of low sensitivity, such as the forearm. Made of stainless steel, this clini- cal quality discriminator has calibrated markings from 1 to 10 to ensure reliable and consistent measurements.
Thermometers, Single-Use
Single-use thermometers provide accurate and reliable results from 96.0–104.8 °F with color-changing indictor dots. The thermometers may be used to determine the oral or axillary temperature of any individual. Great to use as part of a unit on homeostasis or as part of “clinical” studies involving mock patients. Thermometers are sterile and latex-free.
