Need to Exchange or Replace an item?
We accept returns of eligible materials for any reason within 180 days of purchase. Items must be returned in resalable condition with all parts, accessories, and user manuals in their original packaging.
Items not in resalable condition cannot be returned unless either defective or received damaged. Damages must be reported to us within 5 business days of receipt to be eligible.
All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) to receive credit.

We will issue you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number along with any additional instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be credited.
Return freight is the responsibility of the customer unless defective or damaged, as described above.
Hazardous, clearance, discontinued, expired, live, and perishable (refrigerated/frozen) items may not be returned. Due to Department of Transportation restrictions, some chemicals or kits containing those chemicals may not be eligible for return, in which case those sales are final unless received damaged or defective.
