In this lab experience, students determine the value of the gravitational acceleration constant, g, by examining the free fall of steel balls of different size and mass. They come to understand that gravity drives all objects to fall toward Earth’s surface with the same acceleration, independently of the object’s mass and size.This lab does not include VR.
